Sean Trussell, age 25, left St. Mary’s Hospital at 235 W 6th Street in Reno, Nevada on Saturday, September 2nd, 2006 and has not been seen since. It is unknown what he was last seen wearing, but he typically wears blue jeans. Sean has tattoos covering his neck, shoulders and both arms.
