Bill and Martha Harris, ages 46 and 56 were last seen on their boat going into the Galveston Bay after docking under the Kemah Bridge in Seabrook, Texas on June 17, 2007. Their 22’ Triton boat was found floating in circles, engine still running and no one on board around 1:00 p.m. in the Galveston Bay — both persons are missing at this time.
