Kathy Cruse, age 45 at the time of her disappearance, was last seen on August 7, 2008 around 7:00 p.m. at the Bay Area Recovery in Dickinson, TX, also known as the “24 Club”, and has not been seen or heard from since. Kathy was last seen wearing blue jeans, sandals and possibly a black shirt. She was driving a ’99 Lexus ES, White, 4-door, license plate 014HWV.
