06/21/10 — Robert “Butch” Rithaler, Jr. disappeared after walking away from his home in Newport, Kentucky on May 18th 2010. Robert is prone to seizures because of recent brain surgery. Robert has an upside-down, horseshoe-shaped surgery scar on the upper right side of his head, and he is very bow-legged. Robert is in desperate need
