12/14/10 — The Harris County Sheriff’s Department has requested the help of Texas EquuSearch to search for Irene Porras on Saturday, December 18, 2010. The Command Post will be at the Kaiser Elementary School, located at 13430 Bammel N. Houston Rd. in Houston, Texas 77066. We will be in need of foot searchers, ATVs and horses. If you bring a horse, you must present a negative Coggins Report. The search will begin at 9:00 a.m. The Search Coordinator is Frank Black and his number is (713) 301-6813. No one could ever give a more precious gift during this holiday season than you returning Irene to her worried family. So, please come help search for her if you can. This search is for EquuSearch Members only. Thank you so much.
08/28/10 — The search for 54-year old Irene Porras will continue on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. The Command Center/Staging Area will be at the Grace Church of Humble, 7224 North Sam Houston Parkway East, Humble, TX 77396. Please come to the old brick sanctuary in the rear of the church. We will be needing foot searchers and ATVs. Please dress and prepare accordingly for hot weather. If you have water in disposable plastic bottles, please bring it. Frank Black is your Search Coordinator and his number is (713) 301-6813 — please call him only if it is absolutely necessary. 08/24/10 — Irene Porras, age 54, was last seen on August 14, 2010 in the area of Veterans Memorial Dr. @ Bammel North Houston Rd. It is unknown what type of clothing Irene was wearing. Irene has a large mole on the left rear side of her neck. If you have seen Irene since her disappearance, or if you have any information on her whereabouts, contact the Harris County Sheriff’s Department (Missing Persons) or Texas EquuSearch.
