11/22/11 — We are very happy to report that Lester Carter was found safe, and has been reunited with his family.
11/14/11 — Lester Carter, age 56, was last known to have been in the Kingwood, Texas area on November 8th 2011. Lester was last known to be wearing a white button-up shirt, dark colored slacks and tennis shoes. Lester walks with a limp and has a slight speech impediment. Lester is in need of his medication and does need medical treatment for a foot wound.
