FOUND DECEASED: Clyde Morgan, 69 Yrs., Jasper County, TX, 06/04/12

06/08/12 — It is with heavy hearts that we report that the body of Clyde Morgan was recovered this morning in Lake Sam Rayburn. We would like to thank everyone who assisted with this search in order to bring Mr. Morgan home to his family so that he may have a proper funeral service. Please keep his family and friends in your prayers during their time of grief.

06/07/12 — The search will continue today for Clyde Morgan, for a third day on Lake Sam Rayburn. We are joined by Jasper County Emergency Corps, Jasper County Sheriff’s Department, Army Corps of Engineers and Texas Department of Wildlife. Please keep Mr. Morgan’s family and friends in your prayers during this difficult time.

06/07/12 — Tim Miller, Founder and Director of Texas EquuSearch, will begin a second day of searching Lake Sam Rayburn for Mr. Morgan today. He is joined by Jasper County Emergency Corps, Jasper County Sheriff’s Department, Army Corps of Engineers and Texas Department of Wildlife. 06/05/12 — Clyde Morgan, age 69, was last seen on June 4, 2012 in Lake Sam Rayburn Lake, Jasper County, TX. The boat Mr. Morgan was in has been located on the south end of Rock Island, about two miles north of where he launched it.
