FOUND SAFE: Barbara Griffitts, Galveston, TX, 09/01/12

09/02/12 — We are very happy to announce that Barbara Griffitts was found alive, and was transported to the hospital for obversation. We would like to thank all of our searchers that came out on a holiday weekend to help with both of the searchers we assisted in. Please keep the family and friends of Barbara Griffitts in your prayers.

09/02/12 — The Galveston Police Department has requested our help in the search for 73 year-old Barbara Griffitts. We will be in need of foot searchers, ATVs and horses. Your staging area will be on the beach in the 10900 block of FM 3005 in Galveston, Texas. FM 3005 is also known as the Seawall, and we are staging just beyond where the Seawall dead-ends at the West Beach. If you have snake boots … wear them. There are many snakes in the area. Our search begins at promptly 7:00 a.m. Your Search Coordinator is Frank Black and his number is (713) 301-6813.
