The Harris County Sheriff’s Department needs your help to identify skeletal remains found in the 12,700 block of Walters Rd. in northwest Harris County (Houston), Texas on October 16th 2012. The remains are those of a female between 15 – 17 years-old, and estimated to be between 4’7” – 5’3” in height. She is possibly of mixed Caucasian- African-American ancestry. The unidentified female had long, wavy /curly dark hair that was held back from the face with a standard bobby pin. She had been wearing a blue-green t-shirt with the image of the Smurfette cartoon character, and size 5 tanned-colored Cargo pants.
