FOUND ALIVE: Mary Smith, Brazoria County, TX (7/4/14)

Good news Folks. The search for Mary Smith has been cancelled. She has been found alive by Texas EquuSearch members, and is enroute to an area hospital for medical attention. We want to thank all searchers for all of your efforts and determination to find Mary. We also want to thank all of the law enforcement officers involved, for your dedication, and professionalism displayed during the search for Mary. We appreciate you all. This one was a miracle.

Search Information: The search for 62 year-old Mary Smith will continue at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday – July 6th 2014. The search staging area is at the dead-end of County Road 213, just east of FM 523 in Brazoria County. This part of FM 523 is between Hwy. 35 and FM 2004. It is also just east of Angleton, Texas. We will be in need of searchers on foot, ATV and horse. Please bring your own water and snacks if possible. You will definitely need to wear a long pants & a long-sleeved shirt, and bring a lot of mosquito spray. Jerry Borrer will be your Search Coordinator, and his contact number is (832) 724-2947. Original Post: 63 year-old Mary Smith was last seen in Brazoria County, Texas on July 4th 2014. Law Enforcement officers tracked Mary’s vehicle, and located her abandoned vehicle just east of Angleton, Texas. It is unknown what type, color or style of clothing that Mary was wearing. Mary suffers from some very concerning medical problems, and needs to be located as soon as possible.
