Texas Equusearch Founder Tim Miller Files Wrongful Death Suit Against Clyde Hedrick

Texas Equusearch founder Tim Miller has filed a $100 million wrongful death lawsuit against Clyde Hedrick in Galveston County. Since 1996, Miller believed Hedrick to be responsible for the disappearance and murder of his daughter Laura.

Even as Tim led EquuSearch to becoming the most successful search and recovery group in the nation, he continued to work with authorities to prove Hedrick’s guilt for Laura and other victims of the “Killing Fields.” Hedrick is currently serving a 20 year sentence for the 1984 death of Ellen Rae Beason.

“I want Clyde to know this isn’t over with.” said Tim Miller to Channel 2 News.
