Samantha Strader has been found safe and is back home with her family. Thanks to everyone that helped spread the word!
Original Post: 16 year old Samantha Strader was last seen by her step-mother on the evening of December 27th in northwest Upshur County. She is thought to have a number of possessions with her: Verizon flip-phone (no GPS), a smart phone with no cellular service, a small black backpack with approximately 2 days of clothing, and two Visa gift cards with $100 on each.
