Written by Todd Komarnicki, the untitled project, inspired by a true story, follows the life of the world’s leading finder of missing persons as he searches nonstop, driven by the one person he could not find in time…his own daughter. Komarnicki executive produces with Gulfstream Pictures’ Karz and Bindley as well as Mark Clayman (The Pursuit Of Happyness).  At Gulfstream TV, the drama is being overseen by SVP Juliana Janes. Tim Miller, who inspired the project, will serve as an executive consultant.

Miller’s teenage daughter Laura went missing from her League City home in September 1984. Her body was found 17 months later. The search for Laura inspired Miller, a construction contractor, to launch Texas EquuSearch, a volunteer organization dedicated to searching for missing persons.
