Mother/Daughter Mystery Event with the Texas Girl Scout Association. 7 PM to 10 PM at 6823 Cypress Creek Church and Community Center. There will be 150-175 girl scouts participating, and TES needs volunteers to help set up a booth to fingerprint children and hand out safety brochures. Please call the office if you are interested (281-309-9500).

The Souteast Texas SAR Alliance will be meeting from 7 PM to 9 PM in the Chase Bank Building located at 6330 W Loop S (Bissonnet in the city of Bellaire). It will be in the 3rd floor conference room. Special Agent Deb Gannaway from the Houston FBI Field Office and her Evidence Recovery Team will provide training in crime scene preservation for search volunteers. This is a very important meeting, please try to attend.

The League City Cajun Crawfish Festival at the Walter Hall Park on Hwy. 3. Set-up will begin Thursday evening at 4:30 PM. We need a lot of volunteers for this event. We will have the storefront set up to fingerprint children, sell t-shirts, and silent auction items. Members with horses are asked to contact us, as we will also be directing traffic/parking cars. There is a 12 mile trail ride organized on Saturday, the 9th. Trail riders may show up Friday night, and spend the night at the park. Cost of entry is $15.00 which includes entry to the Cajun Festival. Please come and listen to good music including Wayne Toups.

Westbury Civic club White Elephant Sale. The rain date is April 23rd. It will be held at Butler Stadium, 13755 South Main. Customers will be allowed to come in at 8 AM. All members offering to help, please clal the office at 281-309-9500. We will need everyone to spring-clean their garage!! We will have a pricing party the night before the event at the office.

TES monthly meeting will be held at the Golden Corral located at 12500 Gulf Frwy. (at the Fuqua exit). Please try to attend!

League City Village Fair and Texas Music Festival will be held at the Walter Hall Park on Hwy 3 in League City. We will be doing the same thing as we are at the Cajun Festival (see April 7th). We will be working with the Lion's Club and the League City Police Department to make this a sucess. All available volunteers are needed!
